APPLICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Completing an order on this website implies for the Customer the acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
The prices in the website are all VAT included.
The products are sold at the price confirmed at the checkout page.
Aion Time S.r.l. reserves the right to change prices of products at any time.
The methods of payment are indicated below:
- Using any credit card MasterCard, Visa, American Express with Paypal as payment getaway;
- Using a Paypal account.
Our website ensures the safety of transmission of confidential data. Is uses the most known web payment gateway: PayPal. Payments made through Paypal don’t provide, under any circumstances, the disclosure of financial data of the Customer to Aion Time S.r.l.. The card number is always protected and encrypted. Each method of payment could include processing fees that will be shown before the final order confirmation. Aion Time S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse to ship any order coming from a Customer who has not, partially or totally, paid a previous purchase, or with whom there’s an ongoing dispute.
Aion Time S.r.l. offers free worldwide shipment with DHL Express courier.
Shipments are effected within 1 working day from the date of purchase (Monday to Friday). The estimated average delivery time is 48 hours from the shipment.
If the Customer fails to collect within 5 working days the shipment because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer, the order will be sent back at the warehouses of Aion Time S.r.l. The Customer may then want to request to ship back the product, taking charge for the cost of packaging and delivery which will amount to 15€.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that:
- the number of cartons received corresponds to the number of cartons as written on the transport document;
- the packaging is nor undamaged or altered, including the sealing materials.
Any damage to the packaging or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified to the courier with a “subject to control” note (specifying the reason such as “broken package”) on the POD (proof of delivery). Once the Customer signs that form, he won’t be able to make any further objection about the appearance of the goods.
Any mismatch or completeness of the products received with what is indicated in the order’s receipt has to be notified within 3 days from delivery by opening a request in the SUPPORT page of this website.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that you may incur in paying, at the reception of the goods, custom duties or taxes if your shipping address is outside the European Union from which the order will be sent (Italy). Click here to read more about DHL Express duties and taxes services and informations.
The pictures and specifications used to describe the products in this website may not be fully representative of its features and they can slightly differ in some details such as color, size and more and they need to be intended as generic and approximated.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. To get instructions on how to proceed with the return, contact us by opening a request in the SUPPORT page of this website.
Once we receive it back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.
The warranty of 24 months, according to the Consumer Code DL 206/05, applies to products that shows a lack of conformity (defective). In such cases Aion Time S.r.l. will restore the conformity by repairing / replacing the product or issuing a full or partial refund.
The warranty does not apply in case of:
- Damages due tu improper usage of the product such as scratching, bouncing, falling;
- Intentional damage;
- Normal wear and tear or aging of the used materials;
- Neglected care.
In order to request the application of the warranty service on a defective product, the Customer needs to provide the following informations by opening a request in the SUPPORT page of this website.
- Email address
- The code of the product replaced (written as on the label tag or on the back of the case, for example XX-001-01)
- The receipt attesting the date of purchase
- A description of the defect or reason for assistance request
Aion Time S.r.l. will then verify the applicability of the warranty service or will require to the Customer further documentation.
In the event that Aion Time S.r.l. authorizes the warranty’s service application:
- Will send to the Customer a RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization) necessary for the management of returned items to be completed by Customer;
- Will send a courier who will collect the product at your premises, at no charge.
- Will repair, replace of refund the product at no charge.
In the event that Aion Time S.r.l. does not authorize the warranty’s application after the product is received and inspected, the Customer may request the repair at his own cost or to have the product shipped back at his own cost (15€).
Online sales are attributable to mail order sales and thus no obligation to invoice as provided in Article 22 of DPR n. 633 of 1972, and no obligation to issue the receipt as provided for in Article 2, point oo), of Presidential Decree December 21, 1996, n. 696. The only document translation exchange that will be sent to the client is the “Transport Document”, valid for the warranty beyond the warranty itself stamped.
If the Customer should require the invoice must be requested with order or within the current month, specifying it in the “Notes Order” and indicating the following information:
- Company / Name
- Street address
- VAT number / tax code.
